Grinling Place Public Consultation
Proposed development
Caerus Developments are asking the public for comments on their residential mixed use proposal to replace the former Akwaaba day centre located at Grinling Place SE8 5HG.
The proposed development will constitute a part 4 and part 6 storey building of similar heights to The Drakes apartments to the west of the site and house 38 flats, ground floor commercial space, new street planting and landscaping.

A full planning application will be made to the London Borough of Lewisham in due course, and we would welcome your comments before doing so.
